I'm usually not a big fan of the man thigh, but I think for that sexy Scot I can make an exception.

And those shoes...I can't even pull those off. But did anyone ever tell him the number one fashoin faux pas is black socks with light shoes? Oh well. He can wear the shoes and thats all that counts.

He wore them at an interview, which was a tour of (I think- I need to look out the interview) LA. The interviewer was female, and Billy put on her shoes, possibly while a tad tipsy. So it was unplanned light shoes wearing, and therefore utterly forgivable.

I dated a guy who was Scottish (on his Mom's side) for a while. I went to this Scottish Highlands festival with him and he wore his tatarn kilt...it was so hot. Too bad he was a total asshole. Next time I'll get a full-blooded Scott...if only Billy would dump his girlfriend with the creepy haircut...

I live in Scotland, and I know a couple of guys who wear a kilt as day to day wear.

I quite like his girlfriend- she's cute, and doesn't seem typically starlet-ish.
